Beautiful fish, with a meaty flavour which works with so many varieties of cooking, and also is great served Cevich. We ONLY SELL WILD SEABASS, many supermarkets sell farmed seabass, usually from Turkey or Greece, and the quality and the taste is totally different to the wonderful Wild Seabass we have here in the UK.
